The Directorate International Trade of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Mexico-City, through the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO), contracted GGNI to organize a program for exchange of Dutch expertise in Gas Network Codes with Mexican state agency CENAGAS.
The program was to update executives of the Mexican Ministry of Energy, SENER, and CENAGAS on the best practices in managing and operating gas transmission systems in Europe. Executives and former executives of Gasunie moderated the program. Dutch service provider to the energy sector were able to inform SENER and CENAGAS on best practices in Europe in procurement and execution of services for energy network owners and operators.
